- Assessment has to be conducted to the client by Omega Center. It is helpful to bring previous diagnosis and assessment report if available.
- Therapists determine the program type to enroll the client in consultation with parents.
- Copies of passport, ID, and health card of the client have to be provided.
- Copies of passport and ID of parent/s have to be provided.
